CAMS (Compliance Auditing Management System) allows you to easily create your own audits, questions, and scoring. You can create as many audits as required within your organization. Automatic e-mailing to store, district, and regional managers combined with built-in-reports allow you to get real-time and historical analysis of audit data. Auditors can use the CAMS Mobile on their Phones or Tablets. This eliminates the need to record scores on spreadsheets or on paper and having someone at corporate compile the results manually. CAMS Audit is designed to reduce LP, Operations, Internal Audit and Risk Managers’ time and effort in finding, tracking, and responding to vital Information. CAMS Mobile is a centralized Auditing solution that empowers management to control the work flow of reporting processes necessary to perform their jobs efficiently and with accountability. This powerful tool will immediately enable personnel to streamline, manage and track Audits and generate correspondence as they move through the system. Management will see Audits generated from store level with alerting for failed or poorly scored audits. - A new enhancement was made to support default answers within the Audit. When set, the system will auto-answer questions and score them based on the default answers. This is a huge time saver!
- We have now implemented Help text at the question level. Just click on the Help icon and detailed help text will be displayed. This ensures the auditor knows exactly how to answer the questions.
- When connected, easily search for employees online. This makes it easy to set the Regional, District, and Store Managers within an audit, as well as select employees for assigning and completing Action Plans.

- Checking for missing Templates - When bringing audits off-line, if a template is missing, the user will now be warned and the audit will not be taken offline. This will help in preventing items from getting stuck offline.
- Smart Uploading / Downloading has been implemented to pick up were you left off if a problem occurs during the upload/download of an audit.
- Fixed issue on Post audit screen where certain special characters were not letting you save the comments. This has been corrected.
